| Introduction: | Equestrian NS’s Multi-Disciplinary Coach Advisory Committee’s (MDCAC) role is to support Equestrian NS Staff and Board with technical matters pertaining to the Equestrian National Coach Certification Program (NCCP). As part of the growth of our Coaching Community and changes in the NCCP programs, the structure of the MDCAC has been updated to reflect the current NCCP structure. Our organization is committed to a culture of inclusion. We are looking for engaged committee members with skills, competencies, talents, identities, backgrounds, and perspectives across a broad and diverse range of leaders to enable us to achieve our goals and broaden our impact. Eligible coaches can self-nominate or have a fellow coach nominate them for the committee. |
