The 7th Annual NSEF Trail Ride will be held on Saturday, June 2nd at Evangeline Trail Rides' new location at 2147 North River Rd. in Stanley, NS ( www.evangelinetrailrides.com ) 

The Trail Ride will start at 9:30 a.m. with a barbecue at the mid-way point.
All participants must be a 2012 member of the NSEF or your provincial equestrian federation - if you are coming from out of province.

Preparations are well underway for Team NS representation at the 2012 Canadian Equestrian Championships in Bromont, Quebec- September 20-23.

Several local competitions in the disciplines of Reining, Dressage and Jumping will act as the qualifiers for Team NS Selection. The competitions listed below meet the eligibility criteria. Other competitions may also serve as qualifiers and will be approved by NSEF accordingly. This information will be communicated via our website and emails. A score from one out-of –province sanctioned competition may be counted. Some restrictions apply and are noted on the Athlete Declaration form (see below).

Athletes must declare their intention to vie for a position on the Team and will be selected according to results then invited to join Team NS.

Team NS for each discipline will be comprised of a maximum of 2 junior athletes (born in 1994 or after) and 2 senior athletes (born in 1993 or before).

NSEF has launched a campaign to raise funds to help support our Team who will be traveling to Bromont, Quebec this September representing Nova Scotia at the Canadian Equestrian Championships. Funds raised will support the program in Pre-competition Training opportunities and travel/accommodations to the Canadian Equestrian Championships.
